STYLISTIC TRANSPOSITION AS A METHOD OF MORPHOLOGICAL LEVEL MEANS ACTUALIZATION IN COMIC EFFECT CREATING

Abstract
The article deals with the study of stylistic transposition, which is a way of the morphological level means actualization. Modern English prose is characterized by a specific comic modality that is a characteristic feature of the writer’s idiostyle. The leading means of the morphological level that cause the comic effect realization in the belles-lettres discourse have been analyzed. The material of the investigation is the collection of short stories “Dark Lies the Island” by Kevin Barry, the greatest writer of modern literature. The author uses the transposition of nouns, adjectives, numerals, tense forms of verbs, articles.
