Subakut Kombine Dejenerasyon: Spinal MRI ve Klinik Özellikleri İle Bir Olgu

Abstract
Myelopati bulguları ile başvuran 66 yaşında bayan hastada yapılan ile vitamin B12 yetmezliği olduğu ortaya komuştur. Spinal MRI da T2 ağırlıklı kesitlerde servikal ve torakal kord dorsalinde hiperintens lezyonlar saptanmıştır. 3 ay süre ile uygulanan vitamin B12 tedavisi ile klinik bulgularda tama yakın düzelme olurken MRI bulgularının tümüyle ortadan kalktığı izlenmiştir.
