Subiecţii prevenirii infracţiunilor săvârşite de minori

Abstract
The subjects of prevention of juvenile delinquency are law enforcement bodies, public authorities and institutions, non-governmental organizations as well as duty officials and citizens involved in the prvention of juvenile delinquency phenomenon. In this context, we insist that for the immediate implementation of the prevention of juvenile delinquency must be created specialized institutions, subdivisions, state or public organizations which would ensure the development of a proffesional activity for that purpose.
