SUBJECTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF MOBILIZATION OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the concept of the subject of administrative and legal provision of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the system of subjects of administrative and legal support of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their powers in this area are examined. According to the results of the analysis of the opinions of scientists, it was concluded that the main subject of the administrative and legal provision of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the state, which provides administrative and legal support for the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through its bodies and their officials. Also, summarizing the positions of scientists, a classification of subjects that provide administrative and legal support for the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was proposed.
