SUBJECTS OF CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATIONS OF UKRAINIAN STATE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of determining the circle of subjects of constitutional duties of the state, as well as clarification of the legal nature of the state as a subject of constitutional legal relations. The concept of legal status of the state is formulated. It is established that the state is a «social organizatio», not a «legal entity». The circle of subjects of constitutional duties of the Ukrainian state is outlined: the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, judicial bodies, control and supervisory bodies, law enforcement bodies, local authorities of public authority.
