SUBJECTS OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION: CONCEPT AND CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
In the article the author gives his own definition of the concept of subjects of criminal prosecution. Also author provides his vision of the list of subjects of criminal prosecution. The author analyzes the classification of subjects of criminal prosecution by other scholars and offers his own classification.
