SUBJECTS OF INDIVIDUAL NON-PROPERTY RELATIONS IN CIVILISTIC PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the subjective composition of individual non-property legal relations. It is emphasized that it is important to establish not only circles of persons who potentially have individual non-property rights, but also the establishment of a circle of obligated persons in such legal relationships. Proposed author's conclusions on the issues studied.
