SUBJECTS OF LEGAL RELATIONSHIP TO CHANGE OR TERMINATION OF A CIVIL CONTRACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the circle of subjects of legal relationship in changing or breaking the contract. It is established that the composition of subjects depending on the type of contract may be different: simple and complex. A complex warehouse includes persons who are identical to the contract party, authorized and special subjects. Proposed in the civil law when regulating the mechanism of change and termination of the contractual relationship, replace the word “parties” with “interested parties”.
