SUBJECTS OF RIGHTS IN SPHERE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract
To date, the sphere of physical culture and sports is one of the most multifaceted and specific social phenomena. It is physical culture and sport that have a great influence on the formation of strong-willed and moral qualities of a person, the formation and perfection of his personality, this sphere of our life occupies a leading role as the most important factor of a healthy lifestyle, the prevention of diseases, the formation of humanistic values, creating conditions for a comprehensive harmonious Human development, identifying the reserve capabilities of the body, contributes to the achievement of the physical and spiritual perfection of human, forms patriotic feelings and a positive image of our state in the world community. In Ukraine and the world, it is common to divide the sphere of phisical training and sport into two large blocks - professional sports and amateur sports. As one well-known scientist rightly noted, that since professional sport is directly connected with large financial investments, it, in turn, has penetrated into all spheres of public relations, and first of all, into the economic one. Entire organizations, enterprises, factories and factories work exclusively in the sports field. To date, the industry of professional sports are in constant circulation of billions of dollars, having a positive impact on the economic development of the state. Sport is, first of all, the health of the nation as a whole. The development and growth of the economy of any state are inextricably linked and, moreover, are directly dependent on the health of its population. The development of professional sports activity is increasingly becoming a problematic mechanism of its legal regulation. But, in our opinion, amateur sport, which usually attracts less money, but more conducive to the healthy lifestyle of our citizens, the prevention of diseases and the formation of humanistic values, feelings of patriotism among our youth, creating conditions for the comprehensive harmonious development of every person in our country. It requires no less careful research from the point of view of law. In the article proposed by the author, it is concluded that the sphere of physical culture and sports falls under the regulation of law, that relations in this sphere are legal relations, and subjects of these legal relations are considered.
