SUBJECTS OF SECONDHAND RIGHTS

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the existence of subjects of civil legal relations, which may be the bearers of discretionary powers. It is concluded that subjects of discretionary powers are a special civilized category, and their range is limited people who are the bearers of the will to choose behavior, that is, specifically defined possibilities.
