Subjects of the Constitutional Right on Health Care

Abstract
In the article is carried out a study of subjects of constitutional right to health care; special attention is focused on concept of medical legal relations; based on research are provided proposals on amendments to Part 3 of Art. 4 of Constitution of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine on «Fundamentals of Health Legislation», including suggested definition of «subject of right to health care», «immediate threat to life of patient» and «delay in provision of emergency medical care»
