SUBSTANTIVE SOURCES OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE CONVENTION ON PREVENTING AND COMBATING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROVISIONS CONCERNING CULPABLE ACTS CRIMINALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with substantive sources of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence provisions concerning culpable acts criminalization. The contents of Istanbul Convention relevant articles have been researched into within the context of comparison with the provisions of international legal acts, as well as the correlation between the provisions of these acts themselves. Author indicates the nature of conducts analyzed, pays attention to the distinction between identical or similar acts.
