SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS IN TERMS OF ECOLOGICA - CASE STUDY

Abstract
The concept of sustainable development is becoming increasingly popular, occupying an important place in management theory. It seen as a long-term process, which aims is balancing the three dimensions: social, ecological and economic, where the environmental dimension takes into account the effects of business activity, having an impact on the natural environment. The aim of the author is to show what actions the company realizes to have on planet Earth as the least negative impact. It conducts business in a sustainable manner, and its activities determines the sustainable management, which it is an integral part of human resource management. The analysis of this case shows that management and business activities in the concept of sustainable constitute grounds for elimination as much as possible the negative impact of a production company on the natural environment. The article consists of two parts. First, based on the survey of the literature, presented theory in the field of sustainable development and sustainable business management, focusing in particular on the ecological aspect. The second part consists of a case study - the company that implements discussed aspect of its business activities.
