SYNERGETIC INTERPRETATION OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP IN THE LABOUR MARKET

Abstract
The logic of the application of the system-synergetic approach for explanation of the labour market transformations as a nonlinear, open, dissipative, human-centric system, which undergoes strong fluctuation influences due to globalization processes, intellectualization of labour and the transition to a post-industrial society under conditions of an economic crisis has been grounded. The expediency of using synergetic analysis to evaluate the reasons and consequences of imbalances and disproportions in the labour market associated with passing bifurcation points and a frivolous change in market conditions in response to the introduction of new products, technologies and management methods has been proved. The role of nonstandard forms of employment as the newest attractors of the labour market development, which are associated with the new quality of labour and modern criteria for determining the competitive advantages has been considered.
