SYNERGY OF STATE POLICY – ESSENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE-TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the term “administrative-territorial system” is defined. The definition of the term “administrative-territorial system” in the scientific publications of domestic scientists is presented. The description of the administrative-territorial structure in Ukraine is given. Characteristic features, factors and components of the administrative-territorial structure of the state are outlined. A number of laws represented that play a significant role in determining the essence and essence of the administrative-territorial structure of the state. The scheme of functioning of the administrative-territorial structure of the state is formed. Conclusions are made regarding the research conducted under the prism of legislative changes as a result of the decentralization reform.
