SYSTEM APPROACH TO THE CONCEPT OF CONTROL

Abstract
The article states that the essence, objects and methods of control should be considered from the point of view of the system approach. It is proved that modern conditions of economic activity essentially change the primary meaning of the term "control", invested in it substantially more content. Discussions about the relation between the concepts of "management" and "control" are due to the presence of the concept of economic control, which differ in the completeness of the inclusion of the object and subject of control. The main provisions of the system conception of control are considered, according to which control is an independent system operating at all levels of the economy. This system consists of a set of elements: a subject, an object, an object, a method of control, an assessment of efficiency. The necessity of proper legal regulation of control activity, updating of normative base and solving of many practical disadvantages are emphasized.
