Abstract
W artykule podjęto rozważania na temat wykorzystania systemu Facet5 w zarządzaniu różnorodnymi typami osobowości zawodowej pracowników. W tym celu omówiono zastosowanie modelu Wielkiej Piątki w badaniu osobowości. W artykule przedstawiono także badanie osobowości z wykorzystaniem systemu Facet5 i zaprezentowano podsystemy Facet5 umożliwiające zarządzanie różnorodnymi typami osobowości pracowników. W artykule wykorzystano analizę literatury przedmiotu i systemu Facet5 jako instrumentu badania osobowości pracowników.<br/><br/>
