SYSTEM OF ELECTROCHEMICAL PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSION WITH ADAPTATION TO CHANGE ELECTROTECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF PROTECTION OBJECT

Abstract

Purpose. It has been established that the desired operating point of the active corrosion protection system can be achieved by forming the corresponding frequency spectrum of the output signal of the cathodic protection station. Methodology. An algorithm has been developed for determining and calculating the operating point of an active corrosion protection system for an underground metal pipeline, considering the factors contributing to a change in the electrical parameters of its replacement circuit. Originality. The working point is formed both by voltage control channels and by forming a certain frequency spectrum of the output voltage of the cathodic protection station using standard switching control laws for the power elements of the cathodic protection station. The minimum permissible bit width of the digital information channel of the automatic control system of the switching modes of the power elements of the cathodic protection station is substantiated. Practical value. The result obtained makes it possible to create channels for receiving and transmitting information from the system of automatic control of the corrosion protection process.
