SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The theoretical basics concerning the establishment of the subject of an enterprise potential management have been considered. The main purpose of the article is substantiation of a structure of the system of an enterprise potential management in accordance with a design-cybernetic approach. The system of an enterprise potential management is developed on the base of an allocation of the focused circuit organized in cycles - extended and elementary, within which the crucial, transforming and information and control blocks are highlighted. The offered management system comprises a grounded mix of administrative work required for creation, implementation and using of an enterprise potential. The formed management system has the targeted cyclical nature. It allows adapting timely to the changes in the state of an enterprise potential and to the level of use of each constituent element. Also it allows using the received information in the management subsystem promptly.
