System of Organization of Correctional (Special) Pedagogues Arrangement in Ukraine

Abstract
Speech therapists arrangement in Ukraine is being executed at the premises of higher educational institutions. For the arrangement of specialists of this profession of a bachelor’s degree, the educational plans contain disciplines of psychological and pedagogical cycles in their central part. In Ukraine, speech therapist is, firstly, a teacher, who, taking into account diagnosed clinical, psychological and pedagogical symptoms, organizes and executes the process of correctional education of children of different age and adults. Therefore, education has to be organized in the way of forming coherent system of knowledge of diagnostics, correction, education and fostering of children with speech disorders. In this process, pedagogical and psychological influences are leading. At the time of speech therapist’s arrangement, the preferment is given to education and correction, while consulting of parents and other specialists, who work with children, treat their diseases, is a secondary goal. These disciplines, marked in the educational plan, are the basis for independent improvement of professional knowledge during the work as a kindergartner, a teacher or a speech therapist, which means in the process of practical work.Therefore, the education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine means professionally oriented studies. In the field of special education, specialists’ arrangement is executed taking into account nosology of children and adults with anormogenesis. <br/><br/>
