System of principles of interactions the state authority bodies with the civil society institutions in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article analyzes the civil society growing role in Ukraine, which actively tries to cooperate with the state power. The state authority’s relationship principles with the civil society institutions in Ukraine, in particular, transparency, openness and publicity as value priorities are systematized. This opens the way to legitimacy decisions, support activity programs, the public mobilization actions, a mutual understanding situation is created. It is about adequacy, the conformity of public decisions with the needs and the public expectations, public realities, clearly identified social problems and the best ways to solve them.
