TACTICAL PECULIARITIES OF PROTECTION AT THE STAGE OF TRIAL OF A CRIMINAL CASE

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the tactics of professional protection during the trial of a criminal case. The author describes them a in provisions of the preparation and participation of a lawyer in court proceedings, and the related regularities are highlighted. Based on the research, author proposed his own definition of tactics of professional protection at the stag of trial of a criminal case.
