TAKING ACCOUNT OF EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVES IN THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE TRANSPORT POLICY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyze recent developments and prospects of the EU transport policy, as well as its influence on the development of Ukrainian transport policy. It is argued that advanced European experience and practice on this issue should be used to avoid mistakes on the way of forming the modern transport infrastructure of Ukraine.
