O, ortaqların hər birinin idarəetmədə iştirakı rahatlığı və risklərin bölüşdürülməsi məsələlərinin biznes subyektləri üçün necə mühüm forumlar rolunu oynadığını vurğulayır. Əhatə olunan mövzulara tam ortaqlığın anlayışı, fəaliyyət sferası, idarəetməsi və üstünlükləri daxildir. Bundan əlavə, məqalədə düzgün idarəetmə strukturunun seçilməsinin vacibliyi vurğulanır.
