TARGETING INSURANCE IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article regards the new scientific approaches to disclose insurance protection in agriculture through the use of scientific tools of economic theory, philosophy, financial science, inherent forms and methods of learning. The critical analysis of scientific views, theoretical currents and categorical characteristics of agricultural insurance is made and its function characterized in the modern world is defined. The priorities for improving insurance protection in agriculture based on reasonable theoretical and methodological basis and critical analysis of existing domestic and foreign practice are developed.
