Tasks, directions and principles of personnel politics in the bodies of police of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with research of basic parameters of personnel politics in the bodies of police of Ukraine and vital problems implementation of skilled politics of the National police of Ukraine and to the features of her activity. A current legislation is examined on questions training of personnels in the system МВС Ukraine and principles of subjects of training of personnels are classified for the organs of police of Ukraine. Main tasks that must be decided in the process of realization of skilled politics of organs of police of Ukraine are investigational. Priority directions of skilled politics of organs of internal affairs are determined. A current legislation is analysed on questions training of personnels in the system of Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine. It is marked that the analysis of modern skilled situation of the National police of Ukraine grounds to distinguish priority directions of skilled politics. It is found out, that an improvement of process of realization of skilled politics in the National police of Ukraine it must have system character and to be sent to the decision of problems of selection of shots. With the aim of decision of the skilled providing of organs of the National police in the article maintenance of term "skilled politics" is analysed and and others like that. The concept of the skilled providing of organs of the National police is certain. Basic events that is sent to the improvement of the skilled providing of organs of the National police of Ukraine are distinguished.
