TAXATION AND LIKELY: TO THE RELATIONSHIP QUESTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of the relationship of persuasion and coercion in the tax law. The author came to the conclusion that the social purpose and the effectiveness of persuasion and coercion is determined by what they are: caused by General socio-economic laws of social development; must be in unbreakable unity; depend how correctly reflected the vital needs of society; based on a relationship of persuasion and coercion due to the nature and state of society and the state.
