TAXONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ANTI-CORRUPTION POTENTIAL OF REGIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article assesses the anti-corruption potential of public procurement of Ukrainian regions and conducts their typing using a taxonomic indicator. An algorithm for conducting a taxonomic analysis of public procurements anticorruption potential by type of regions in Ukraine is formed, which includes six stages. The factors-symptoms of public procurement anti-corruption potential are standardized. The differentiation of public procurement features for stimulators and de-stimulators was carried out. The distances of the standardized values of factors and the standard with the help of the Euclidean metric are calculated. The graphic representation of the Euclidean metric of distances between the administrative units and the main indicators allowed to typify the regions for anti-corruption potential and identify the regions-leaders, middle-ranking regions and outsiders-regions.
