Abstract
The paper theoretically grounded teaching technology that provides efficiency of formation of future engineers for professional fulfillment in higher technical education. Educational technology is a combination of techniques, methods, means the positive impact of the disclosure of personal potential of students in the educational process. Indicated effective form of stimulation of future engineers to professional fulfillment is a business game.
