Temporal effect of the norms of the anti-corruption financial control mechanism and capital amnesty

Abstract
The problems of enforcement of the anti-corruption financial control mechanism in Ukraine as interbank legal institute are revealed in the article. The problems are associated with imperfection of the procedure of anti-corruption declaration. These problems cause inefficiencies, particularly of the norm on illicit enrichment. The proposals to resolve these issues are justified.
