Tendencies of development of national trade and economic policies under current conditions

Abstract
The article studies modern trade measures applied by national governments for the implementation of trade and economic policy in crisis and post-crisis conditions for the world trade development and defines the enlargement of trade barriers and intensification of protectionist tendencies of national trade and economic policies. The author proves that in terms of new economic reality restrictive measures in trade are frequently applied by both developed and developing countries. Non-tariff barriers and limitations impose more and more influence on market segmentation, which every negotiations seek to coordinate at both regional and multilateral levels. New mechanisms for cooperation should based on transparent mechanism for development of regional trade agreements in terms of multilateral trade system.
