Abstract
Shevchenko V.M. Theoretical aspects of formation of economic mechanism for innovative development of agricultural enterprises. The article proposes an economic mechanism of innovative development of agricultural enterprises. Studies show that economic growth, increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, getting them out of crisis, and ensuring sustainable development of the agrarian sector require intensive introduction of innovations into agriculture. That will contribute to the growth of labor productivity, the saving of material, labor and financial resources, and the growth of production volumes. It is emphasized that the formation of an effective economic mechanism for the innovative development of agricultural enterprises in market conditions should begin with the disclosure of its economic essence, structure, interrelation with other economic categories. Thus, on the basis of the generalization of different approaches to the concept of "economic mechanism", it is concluded that the economic mechanism of innovative development of agricultural enterprises in contrast to the economic mechanism of operation of the enterprise, aimed mainly at improving the efficiency of the enterprise, ensuring its development solely on the basis of innovation renewal and promotion. According to the author, the main criteria of the effectiveness of the economic mechanism of innovation development of the enterprise should be positive changes in the profitability of the economic entity, ensuring economic efficiency of production, which will lead to expanded reproduction, increase the level and quality of life of peasants, stabilization of demographic and migration processes in the countryside, provision now and in the long term ecologically safe use of agricultural land.
