Abstract
В статті досліджено передумови виникнення та ознаки конфлікту інтересів у банках України. Описано процес виявлення конфлікту інтересів в банківській установі та визначено основні принципи управління ним. Сформульовано правила запобігання конфлікту інтересів для працівників банківських установ.
