Теоретичні передумови навчання гетеровалентних видів перекладу учнів старших класів спеціалізованих шкіл з поглибленим вивченням іноземної мови

Abstract
У статті досліджено теоретичні передумови розробки методики навчання анотаційного і реферативного перекладу англомовних журнальних тематичних статей учнів старших класів спеціалізованих шкіл з поглибленим вивченням іноземної мови. Проаналізовано існуючі науково-методичні розробки, присвячені методиці навчання перекладу у загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах і визначено місце письмового гетеровалентного перекладу у системі шкільної іншомовної освіти. Автор обґрунтовує принципи навчання старшокласників анотаційного і реферативного перекладу, а також формулює цілі і зміст такого навчання, зокрема, його позамовний, мовний і мовленнєвий, соціокультурний і психологічний компоненти. Modern tendencies in the development of secondary education lead to implementing specialized education in the Ukrainian school. Teaching translation to students at upper levels of school can fulfil the requirements in getting schoolchildren ready for the professional-oriented learning. Having revealed the lack of 14 guidance papers on teaching translation at secondary school the current research serves to suggest them. Purpose. The purpose of this research is develop methodological background for arranging the course in abstract and gist translation for schoolchildren of upper forms of secondary schools. Methods. The author outlines the role, aims, principles and content of teaching abstract and gist translation of publicistic texts in English to schoolchildren of upper forms of secondary schools. Results. Written kinds of translation are most appropriate in secondary education. Abstract and gist translation as kinds of written translation implicate abilities and skills that are relevant to ones senior students of schools specializing in foreign languages can gain. The given skills can contribute to their general ability of processing information in English for writing reports, essays, reviews, summaries etc. in their native language. Teaching abstract and gist translation requires following the principles of specialized education, sequence and continuity of school and university training, integrated teaching of related to translation subjects, bilingual teaching, interrelated teaching of different kinds of speech activity and specific speech actions, regarding dominant genre and considering age-related reading interests. The methodology determines practical, educational, developing, pedagogic and professional-oriented aims that precondition the content of the methodology. Within extralinguistic, language and speech, sociocultural and psychological components particular knowledge, abilities and skills that form translation competence can be observed.
