Abstract
The article presents a theoretical analysis of the coverage of the problem of behavioral disorders in children with intellectual disabilities in the scientific literature. A clinical approach to understanding the essence of the problem is examined in detail. The definition of the concept of "behavioral disorders". The main manifestations of behavioral disorders in children with intellectual disabilities are examined. Pathocharacterological and characterological manifestations of behavioral disorders in children are defined. A variety of behavioral disorders in the ICD-10 is presented: behavioral disorders that are limited to the family; non-specialized behavioral disorders; socialized behavioral disorders and defiant-opposition behavior disorders. Differences in the classification of the forms and content of the concept of behavioral disorders in ICD-10 and DSM-IV were determined. A schematic depiction of symptoms and types of behavioral disorders according to ICD-10 and DSM-IV was proposed. The peculiarities of compensatory, structural, functional and clinical-pathological disorders characteristic for children with intellectual disabilities are determined.
