Abstract
Statement of the problem. Objective need for further deepening of theoretical research and improvement of methodological approaches to the assessment of employment potential in order to improve processes of its formation and use determine the purpose and relevance of the research. Results. Update algorithm of labor (human resources) capable to based on these principles of integrated rehabilitation. Reproduction of labor (human) capacity as a determining element of social production is its constant movement in the production, distribution, exchange, consumption. The content of each phase is the processes which object is the labor force. Phase-by-phase reproduction of labor potential is linked to the conditions of reproduction of social and economic relations. Though, the structure, organizational-economic mechanism of reproduction of labor potential should be considered as an aggregated model – a system of 3 subsystems: phase formation, phase distribution and the phase of use of labor potential. Conclusions. With proposed algorithm of prospective evaluation of labor capacity (as follows algorithm - ТП) will look like: 1) formation of the previous local complex indicators to measure labor potential that meet the requirements of their suitability, and a two-level selection of local indicators. During the first level selection is using the expert method of determining the significance of local indicators and their ranking. Next, is providing the analysis of pair correlation between the most important of them - the second level; 2) grouping and description of the calculation and economic sense is relevant component's employment potential; 3) selection of distinct assessment methods of labor potential – definition of assessment of complex and integrated indicators of employment potential; 4) calculating the weight of local indicators within the complex components of labor potential, calculated integrated indicators and assessed their level of balance; 5) calculated taxonomic integral indicator of labor potential and determine the level of impact on the final performance of complex integrated index for multiple regression model. 6) study reference values of complex indicators of employment potential, calculated rate synergies, estimated level of efficiency of existing employment potential and reserves are determined to improve it. 7) a strategy of labor potential is developed. 8) assessing the impact of employment potential for financial and economic performance of the enterprise.
