TEORETYCZNE CZYNNIKI WPŁYWAJĄCE NA WYBÓR MIEJSCA LOKALIZACJI DZIAŁALNOŚCI

Abstract
Cel: Celem artykułu była analiza czynników lokalizacji mających wpływ na wybór odpowied-niego miejsca dla sprawnego funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa i jego otoczenia w zależności o rodzaju prowadzonej działalności. Materiał i metody: Analizowano przestrzenne zróżnicowanie danego obszaru, jak i możliwości lepszego jego wykorzystania. Do analizy wyników badań wykorzystano metody tabelaryczne, graficzne i opisowe. Źródło danych stanowiła bogata literatura przedmiotu oraz analizy ekonomiczne innych autorów. Wyniki: Wskazano szereg klasyfikacji czynników lokalizacji z podziałem na czynniki twarde i miękkie. Przedstawiono, iż o jakości danego miejsca w znacznej mierze decydują obecnie czynniki jakościowe. Wnioski: Czynniki lokalizacyjne nie są stałe i ulegają ciągłej zmianie w zależności od czasu, skali i rodzaju prowadzonej działalności.<br/><br/>
