Abstract
In the article deals of improving the accuracy indexes of throws a basketball ball at the target by students with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. In the pedagogical experiment attended by 62 students of technical school for the disabled. Application in physical education developed system is specially designed exercises and games with ball significantly improved the effectiveness indexes shots by students in all experimental groups.
