Terms and conceptions “intelligence, information, digital, intellectual, smart technologies, blockchain, craudsorsing”: ethymological and logic-semantic aspects

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of etymological and logical-semantic aspects of terms and concepts in the field of intellectual management: intelligence, information, digital, intellectual, smart technologies, blockchain, crowdsourcing. It is proved that the intellectualization of management by public authorities with the help of the newest technologies increases the efficiency of communication between managers and personnel and becomes the most important factor of functioning of state and economic objects.
