Tez Hazırlayan Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Kaygı Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Araştırma Ege Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Yüksekokulu tez hazırlayan 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin kaygı düzeylerini ve etkileyen faktörleri incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı bir çalışma olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma Ege Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Yüksekokulu 3. sınıf ve 4. sınıfta okuyan 142 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan soru formu ve Durumluluk –Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %52,1’i 23 yaş üzerinde, %53,5’i 4. sınıfta okumakta, %44,4’ü yurtta kalmaktadır. Öğrencilerin %61,3’ü tez konusu belirlerken kaygı yaşadıklarını, %38,7’si tez danışmanlarından yeterli yardım aldıklarını belirtmiştir. Öğrencilerin durumluluk kaygı ortalaması 49,11±12,23, sürekli kaygı ortalaması 45.14±7,8 olarak saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin yaşları, okudukları sınıf, yaşadıkları yer ve danışmandan yardım alma durumları ile durumluluk-sürekli kaygı düzeyleri arasında anlamlı fark saptanmamıştır Öğretim elemanlarının yol gösterici ve destekleyici tutumlarının gençler üzerindeki kaygıyı azaltarak özgüvenlerinin artmasında faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.
