The Achievements of Pesticide Policy Implementation

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study 1) examine the key factors in the policy chemical pesticides to treat units, 2) the problems of Education Policy chemical pesticides to treat the achievement of results and the extent to Thailand. And to develop policies chemical pesticides to treat the achievement better to do units, 3) to survey the opinions of chemical pesticides. It is caused by a chemical pesticide policy into practice units, by such a qualitative method, the data have been collected by in depth interviews on staff competency development with 9 key informants, purposively selected from3 groups of organizations and activities that support the policy implementation. The achievement of policy levels staffs, and Persons who know about staff competency. The result reveals that according to the state with the "consent" is social, economic and political factors, followed by the factors of policy objectives and standards.
