The administrative and legal status of a citizen of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the concept and content of the administrative and legal status of citizens of Ukraine. It is substantiated that the administrative and legal status of a citizen is an integral part of his general status. The following structural elements are characterized: legal personality, rights, duties, legal responsibility, which constitute the content of the administrative and legal status of a citizen of Ukraine. It is argued that the rights and duties included in the administrative and legal status should be considered from the point of view of their emergence as a result of interaction with public authorities.
