The Administrative and Legal Status of Volunteers of Antiterrorist Operation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the essence of administrative and legal status of volunteers who have taken part in anti-terrorist operation. In particular, the content of such notions as «volunteering», «volunteerism», «volunteer», «volunteer of anti-terrorist operation» are clarified and defined. The basic principles of statutory regulation of administrative and legal status of volunteers of anti-terrorist operation are analyzed and considered.
