THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA REQUIRES IMPORTANT CHANGES

Abstract

The author analyzes the administrative code of the Republic of Moldova, which will come into force on April 1, 2019, and compares its norms, which contradict certain norms of the laws of the Republic of Moldova “on petitions” and “on administrative court”, which should become invalid on April 1, 2019, and tries to prove that many norms of the administrative code of the Republic of Moldova contradict article 20 of the Constitution, which guarantees the right to free access to justice, and paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of November 4, 1950, which guarantees the right to free access to justice.
