THE AMBIVALENCE OF THE PERSONALITY AS A COMPONENT OF THE CHOISE AND VARIABLE REGULATION OF A SPECIALIST’S OCCUPATIONAL-MOBILE BEHAVIOR IN OVERCOMING THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CRISES

Abstract
In the article the ambivalence of personality phenomenon is considered as a component of a specialist’s occupational mobility problem. In the synergetic system of personality’s professional development and under conditions of the professional crises development, the professional-personal ambivalence acts as a variable regulator of the оccupational-mobile personality behavior in the context of general overcoming of internal contradictions of the psyche.
