The analysis and correction of diets of athletes-football players

Abstract

The basic questions about the nutritional status of athletes-football players with their specific physical activity. The analysis of quantitative and qualitative full value of the actual food was given recommendations to optimize and improve the diet of athletes-football players at various stages of preparation. A comprehensive scheme of the products of high biological value (PHBV) and dietary supplements (DS) to correct unbalanced food rations, and to correct body mass, regulation of water-salt metabolism and thermoregulation processes, increasing the multiplicity of food in terms of multiple sessions and competitions, and qualitative changes in the orientation of the daily diet of an athlete-football player.
