THE ANSWER TO THE LAWY ER’S REQUEST: THE PROBLEMS AND WAY S TO SOLVE THEM

Abstract
The article analyzes questions concerning the procedure for providing answers to solicitors’ requests. The most significant and actual mistakes were found during the compilation of responses, the corresponding explanations were provided in accordance with the current legislation.
