The Arrangement of Teaching and Pedagogical Practice as One of the Requests of Effective Preparation of Future Physical Education Teachers to Organize Independent Pupil’s Health and Fitness Activity

Abstract
The organization of teaching and pedagogical practice of students and its influence for their preparation for professional activity is analyzed in the article. Moreover, the pedagogical practice is an important component that has an influence on preparation for future teachers of physical education. The pedagogical practice helps to link the students' education at the university and future teaching at school. The article shows the effective technology of student’s practice, which is based on the following principles: the feedback of theoretical training and practice, consistency and systematic, free choice of individual tasks within the general tasks of practice, trust and partnership of the student with the head of practice. The student’s attention is focused on the certain aspects of the lessons methodology: the individual tasks, the influence of means and methods on pupils, the application of various display forms, the educational activities, the use of different methods for the development of physical qualities, the health-improving effect of upbringing, the student’s evaluating methodology at a lesson; the students’ stimulation of creative activity, which helps them to test their skills and abilities. The program teaches pupils to organize an independent view on health and fitness activity, to do hometasks in physical education, which are the first step of independent physical culture and recreation. The morning exercises help to keep health of school children, develop their motor qualities. The physical pauses instil mental clarity of pupils during their homework. It is necessary to pay attention to self-training, self-improvement of student’s personality during the practice in order to improve their ideological approaches. All these process assist organizing independent pupil’s health and fitness activities by the future teachers of physical education.
