THE BASES AND FEATURES OF CANCELLATION OF THE OUTSOURCING CONTRACT

Abstract
In the article the bases and features of cancellation of the outsourcing contract are investigated. The concepts «efficiency of cancellation of the outsourcing contract» and «reverse outsourcing», new to the national legal system, are offered. The attention is focused that the concepts «reverse outsourcing», or «bасksourcing», is widely applied in the legislation of foreign countries and means early cancellation of the contract of outsourcing and renewal of business processes of the client (the customer of outsourcing). At cancellation of the outsourcing contract it is necessary to pay attention to risks and expenses which the customer of outsourcing can incur as penalties for early cancellation of the contract can be provided in the contract.
