The certification and its importance in testing of judges professional level conformity to their posts

Abstract
In the article the importance of the certification of officials judges in building of the qualified judiciary in Ukraine is studied. The legislative and organizational flaws of the certification practice in the judiciary are analyzed. The changes in the legislation of Ukraine are proposed and grounded.
